<p>Vocalist Caitlin Gillam (pictured), accompanied by pianist Henry Lewers, performed to a full house in a free concert 7 p.m. Friday, May 16, in the <a href="http://www.pinehill.org" target="_blank">Pine Hill Waldorf School</a> Auditorium. The program covered a range of songs of different styles and genres, from Smokey Robinson’s “My Guy” to Henry Purcell’s “Dido’s Lament.”</p>

<p>Caitlin is an eighth grader at <a href="http://www.pinehill.org" target="_blank">Pine Hill</a> who won first place in the Monadnock Idol competition’s audience poll of 2006, and with her brother, Jeremy, won first place in the 2007 Monadnock Idol audience poll and the Milford Great Pumpkin Festival talent show of 2007. Caitlin was also in the cast of <a href="http://henrylewers.squarespace.com/journal_musica-theater/2008/7/5/for-good-inaugurates-new-big-room-at-high-mowing-school.html"><em>For Good ~ A Contemporary Broadway Musical Revue</em></a>. She sang <strong>Christmas Lullaby</strong> from <em>Songs for A New World</em> by Jason Robert Brown, and <strong>Good-Bye Until Tomorrow</strong> from <em>The Last Five Years</em>, also by Jason Robert Brown.</p>

<p>Henry Lewers is a senior at <a href="http://www.highmowingmusic.blogspot.com" target="_blank">High Mowing School</a> whose many accomplishments include the music direction of his Broadway musical revue, <a href="http://henrylewers.squarespace.com/journal_musica-theater/2008/7/5/for-good-inaugurates-new-big-room-at-high-mowing-school.html"><em>For Good ~ A Contemporary Broadway Musical Revue</em></a>, and the <span class="caps">HMS </span>all-school play, <a href="http://henrylewers.squarespace.com/journal_musica-theater/2008/7/5/high-mowing-school-presents-bye-bye-birdie.html"><em>Bye Bye Birdie</em></a>, as well as selection for the <a href="http://henrylewers.squarespace.com/jazz-performance-journal/2008/7/5/2008-new-hampshire-all-state-honors-jazz-band.html">New Hampshire All-State Honors Jazz Band</a> and <a href="http://henrylewers.squarespace.com/jazz-performance-journal/2008/7/5/2008-new-hampshire-all-state-honors-jazz-combo.html">All-State Honors Jazz Combo</a>.</p>

<p>Caitlin and Henry were joined by vocalists Amiana Banks, Ellie Davis, Rosamund Hawkins for <em>Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy</em> and <em>My Guy</em> and her brother Jeremy Gillam for <strong>One Hand, One Heart</strong> from <em>West Side Story</em> and <em>The Prayer</em>.</p>

The evening featured Contemporary and Romantic songs in Spanish, Italian, and French. </p>

<p>The concert benefitted the <a href="http://highmowingmusic.blogspot.com/2007/03/david-anderson-music-fund.html" target="_blank">David Anderson Music Fund</a> at <a href="http://highmowingmusic.blogspot.com" target="_blank">High Mowing School</a> and was the final installment of the Fund's new Fall Music Series.</p>
